Fondly called Amaka, Nneamaka Cecilia Onyema is a contributor to Kubwaexpress, a columnist, passionate crusader for the rights of the girl child.
While we were test running and pussyfooting to launch Kubwaexpress.com, she fired the first choice, sent out the wave and the team had no other choice to either swim or sink. Since her publication of her article, Kubwaexpress.com has been soaring strongly.
Amaka, with over 10 years progressive experience has a strong sense of values, passion for the truth and the thirst for social justice, was called to Bar in 2012 after passing through Enugu campus of Nigerian Law school; LL.B HONS, from Madonna University, Okija, 2010 and SSCE from Comprehensive Science Secondary School, Suleja,Niger state; First School Leaving Certificate 1999 from Pilot Science Nursery and Primary School Wuse Zone 5, Abuja. Amaka holds a Post graduate diploma certificate in education from University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom state.

She is the Founder/National Co-ordinator EMBRACING THE GIRL CHILD INITIATIVE. This Initiative, aims at providing legal representation, counselling and rehabilitation of victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence, sensitizing the girl child at secondary school level on career choices, puberty, sex education, menstrual hygiene, and also the free distribution of sanitary towels.

Despite being a social crusader, Amaka, is a Principal partner at LINKEDLEGAL ATTORNEYS (July 2018 – Till Date) She is a member Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) and also member Institute of ADR Registrars/Secretaries of Nigeria.

Amaka, a devoted Catholic, is charming, cheerful, a great hostess with culinary and baking skills that can rival any professional Hilton chef. She is restless, an incurable adventurer with infectious traveling bug.
